Cheezy Sabz Puris (Kids Special)
INGREDIENTS
1 cups Millet Flour (Bajra Atta)½ cup Wheat Flour
½ cup Besan
1 cup Leftover Sabzi
1 cup Grated Cheeze
½ tsp Jeera Powder
½ tsp Dhania Powder
½ tsp Red Chilly Powder
½ tsp Amchur Powder
½ cup Onions Finely Chopped
½ cup Hara Dhania + Phudina
Salt to taste
Buttermilk (Optional)
Butter / Ghee for Frying
METHOD
In a bowl, take leftover vegetables. Add all the 3 flour, onions, dry masala (as per your sabzi taste) and knead the dough soft and sticky. If the dough is dry then add some buttermilk.Take small portions of the dough and pin roll these portion to the size of puris. Take one puri in your palm and fill grated cheese as per your liking and seal the dough and pin roll the puris once again. Do this for all the other puris.
Heat non stick pan and roast this puris, applying butter from both sides. Once done, pack it in your kids lunch box with thousand island sauce, they will love it.
