Capsicano Dip

INGREDIENTS

250 gms Red Bell Pepper (Red Capsicums)
½ tsp Black Pepper Crushed
1 Big Yellow Capsicum
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Liquid Cheese
1 cup Chopped Green Onions
½ cup Condense Milk
½ cup Chopped Phudina
½ tblsp Garlic Paste
½ tblsp Lemon Juice
¼ tblsp Fresh Red Chilly Paste
Olive Oil as per need
Salt to taste

METHOD

Roast all the capsicums on charcoal grill or in a oven or direct on the flame, brushing some olive oil. When capsicum are roasted and becomes soft peel off the skin.
Chop these capsicums and blend it with all the ingredient into a smooth cheezy paste. If you need to make it liquidy, add olive oil as per need.

TIPS & NOTES:CONDENSE MILK CAN BE SUBSTITUTE WITH FRESH CREAM, JUST ADD SUGAR TO TASTE.TRY TO USE CHARCOAL GRILLER. THE FLAVOUR OF CHARCOAL WILL MAKE THIS DIP AWESOME.
