Candy Tangy Chicken Potato Salad

Ingredients

500      gms      Boil Potatoes Chopped
1          cup      Nylon Sev (Farsan)
½         no        Small Cabbage Shredded
1          no        Large Tomato Sliced
1          cup      Boiled Chicken
Bunch of Lettuce Leaves
Finely Chopped Mint leaves

Dressing 1

½         cup      Mayonnaise
½         cup      Grated Cheese
½         cup      Olive Oil

Dressing 2

¼         cup      Tomato Ketchup
½         cup      Szechuan Sauce

Dressing 3

¼         cup      Sugar Syrup
2          tblsp    Olive Oil
Lemon Juice as Per Taste
Salt and Crushed Black Pepper Powder

Method

In a bowl add dressing 1 ingredients, chopped boil potatoes and mix well. In another bowl add dressing 2 ingredients and boiled chicken and mix well. In another bowl add cabbage and dressing 3 ingredients and squash it well with your hands.
 
Wash lettuce leaves thoroughly and arrange it in a round plate like a flower. Arrange slices of tomatoes around of the plate.
 
Now take one large spoon full of potato mix and place in the center of the plate lengthwise. On the right side place spoonful of chicken mix lengthwise too. Similarly place cabbage mix on the left side of the potatoes.
Sprinkle nylon sev generously over all the three mix and GarNICHE with fresh chopped herbs. Enjoy!!
