Butter Corn Fried Rice

Ingredients

2   cups       Cooked Steamed Rice
1   cup         Sweet Corn Kernels (Boiled if not using Tin)
½  cup         Small Diced Capsicums
2   tblsp       Butter
1   tblsp       Lemon Juice
1   tsp          Sugar
Salt and Black Pepper to Taste.
Chopped Spring Onions

Method

Heat butter in a wok and toss in corn kernels, add lemon juice, sugar and toss it to mix well. Add capsicums and sauté for few seconds. Add in steam rice, spring onions and mix well. Serve this instant corn fried rice to your kids, they will surely enjoy!!
