Potato Egg Chat Sandwich
Ingredients
6 Nos. Boiled Eggs
1 cup Green Chutney
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Mash Potato
Slices of Tomatoes
Slices Brown Bread
Method
Toast Slice Breads and keep it a side.
Take a mixing bowl and add mash potatoes, Green Chutney, Mayonnaise and mix well.
Take
a slice of bread and spread a spoonful of Potato mash mix on the bread,
layer slice of Tomatoes, layer slice of boiled eggs season it
and....Serve.
