Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste (G/G/GC Paste)

Ingrdients


250 gms Garlic (Peeled)
150 gms Ginger (Cleaned and Chopped)
100 gms Green Chilli (Chopped)
1 tsp Salt
200 gms Oil

Method

Blend all the ingredients into smooth paste and preserve it in a glass jar and refrigerate it for further use.

Note: Do not use water to blend this paste. Using oil will enhance the taste and will also act as preservative.
