Ingredients
100 ml Sparkling
Water (Soda) (Chilled)
1½ tsp Coffee
Powder
½ Lemon Juice or as per taste
Liquid Sweetener as per
taste
Method
Take a ¼ cup of warm
water. Add coffee powder to it and dilute it thoroughly making coffee liquid. Add
lemon juice to it, liquid sweetener and mix it thoroughly.
Take a thick tall
serving glass. Pour in sparkling water up to ¾ of the glass only. Now slowly
pour the coffee liquid mixture in a stream and blend it with a cocktail stirrer.
Enjoy your fizzy brew immediately. Enjoy!!
Note: If you are
serving this to your guest, take coffee liquid and soda separately and mix the
coffee in front of them, sothat they can enjoy the fizz instantly.
